Consider opting for meals outside the resort for better quality and service. The local dining options are much more accommodating and enjoyable.

A pet-friendly hotel with outstanding food. Attentive staff, good sized and modern room with aircon Convenient location in Ao Phai district very close to restaurants by the beach.
Beds were a bit hard.

missingWrote a review on 03 Novdetached hutsbeachfront locationmosquito nuisance
Detached huts provide a sense of privacy. Beachfront location offers easy access to the water.
The outdoor seating can get quite stuffy without shade, and a fan would definitely help. Inside the hut lacks comfortable sitting options. Even the bed is too hard for my liking. Mosquitoes are a nuisance, and I didn't find any effective ways to manage them. The climb to the rooms can be exhausting, especially if you're at the back. Water pressure fluctuated , a bit bothersome.

The fine view from my balcony and the proximity to both Wong Duean Beach and the serene Khao Laem Ya-Mu Ko Samet National Park made this weekend nice.

The service was excellent with parking at the front of the room. The breakfast selection was very very good with different dishes and baked beans, as for instance.

Tubtim Resort is a culinary paradise! Beachfront dining serves up stellar Thai fare, and I had a legendary feast with local favorites. Plus, the warm, cute staff ensured my every need was met. The beach is fine and just a short stroll to popular spots like Sea Breeze and Jep's Restaurant for even more delicious bites.
While breakfast had a decent spread, it could've used some pizzazz-coffee aficionados may want to sip elsewhere. The Western tourists seemed to hog all the sunbeds by dawn, a sight I hadn't encountered before.

Friendly pet-friendly hotel with good value, we had a really really nice stay. Location: the property was next to silent smaller beach as well as other amazing temples. Popped in Ploy Talay Restaurant for shots before sleep, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue...

Beautiful sandy beach just steps away, perfect for a relaxing holiday. I loved the cabin I stayed in-comfortable with plenty of natural light and clean. The air conditioning worked well, a relief from the heat. The restaurant served delicious food at fair prices. Breakfast was decent, but it could use more variety, especially with healthier options. Service at the restaurant was a bit slow during peak hours, but the friendly staff made it easy to overlook. The lack of mosquito control was a nuisance, especially in the evenings when I wanted to sit outside. It was an enjoyable stay but improvements in food variety and pest management would elevate the experience.

A tropical gem with room for improvement
The fine white sandy beach is inviting, and the relaxing atmosphere allows for a peaceful getaway.
The cabin's amenities left much to be desired. I faced issues like insufficient lighting and a lack of comfort with the hard bed. Unfortunately, there were no effective mosquito controls, made enjoying the outdoors during the evenings quite challenging.

The location is fantastic, just steps from a beautiful beach, great for very nice views. The staff members are generally friendly, particularly those at the beach restaurant, but I encountered some inconsistencies in service quality. The breakfast offered a good variety, including locally caught fish, though it could become repetitive over longer stays. Basic room amenities may need improvements for comfort, as the cabin was slightly outdated with limited mosquito control.
